How Top Tier Works

Top Tier Solar is built to help qualified sales professionals succeed by focusing on high-value service and battery solutions for homeowners who need long-term support—not one-time installs. This section outlines how the opportunity works from onboarding to getting paid, so you know exactly what to expect as a Top Tier Rep.

What You Sell (The Offering)

As a Top Tier Rep, you represent a company that is providing stranded homeowners with a 10-year service agreement paired with a battery solution to offset the changing utility company landscape.

This paired solution is designed to solve real problems for homeowners, including:

Lack of installer support and/or system downtime
Utility company policy changes that negate some or all of the benefits homeowners expected when going solar

Key components of the offering include:

Battery program: Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, Franklin
Service & support: 10-year support contract to maintain the entire existing system plus the battery or batteries added. This service agreement is backed by Align Solar Protection alleviating any concern about whether Top Tier will be around for the length of the contract.
Value positioning: This is different from traditional solar sales. You are not "selling". The homeowner has solar. You are diagnosing and solving a problem. You help the homeowner come to a logical conclusion that supports the decision they already made.
