There are varied estimates of the growth of the residential solar market in the coming years. According to Fortune Business Insights, the global solar power market is expected to grow from $184.03 billion in 2021 to $293.18 billion in 2028. That’s more than a $100 billion increase in just 7 years. So, the opportunity to help U.S. homeowners is very large. You can take advantage of it by doing part time solar sales.
This is a work-from-home opportunity. You do not need to knock on people’s doors, and you do not even need any experience. You just need to be motivated and willing to learn how to market to and talk with homeowners and interest them in allowing us to do a free, no-obligation Energy Savings Analysis. This analysis will be done and presented to the homeowner for you by an experienced Team or Company Sales Rep that you’ll be teamed with. The analysis will show the homeowner potential savings both short and long term, and they’ll see that they need to put nothing down on their solar system!
That’s right. A typical homeowner can go from paying their utility company $200 a month for example, to spending the same or less now and saving significantly long-term, without a dime out of their pocket. As a part time solar sales representative, you could be saving people money from the first month they have solar. In addition, their home value will increase. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, reducing a monthly electricity payment by $50 will increase the home value by $6,000.
Help to Homeowners for Going Solar
And here’s what is helping to drive the market. Homeowners that go solar can be eligible for up to a 30% federal tax credit to offset the long-term cost of the solar system. That tax credit is locked in until 2032. So, if the total price of a solar system installation is $30,000 for example, the homeowner will make their 1st monthly payment (no down payment) about 30 to 45 days after the system is installed and is producing energy. When that homeowner files their federal tax return they then can claim up to $9,000 (30% of $30,000) as a tax credit. If they apply that tax credit to the loan for the solar system, their cost is reduced to just $21,000. And remember, their monthly payments are typically lower than their old electric bill depending on the rate and length of term they choose on their loan.
Work From Anywhere
Let’s get back to the work-from-home part of being a part time solar sales representative with us. We currently install in 35 states in the U.S. currently with the goal of continuing to increase that number. However, you do not need to live in one of the states where we currently install solar systems. You can live in any state. In fact, you can live anywhere in the world given that you can make calls into the U.S. and have an internet connection.
How is this possible? Because the Team or Company Sales Rep that we team you with, will use advanced technology to create the solar design, price the system, and will present it to the homeowner while you observe via Zoom. If you’re in Florida you can interest homeowners there, but you can also talk to homeowners in Massachusetts, Nevada, Oregon or in any of the other 36 states and Puerto Rico.
